The FX-800-N1 Twin-Station Fully Automatic siomai machine, centred on a durable structure, easy maintenance and intelligent control, provides an upgraded solution for stable, low-energy, large-scale siomai production.
· Upgraded waterproof and rust-proof design across the entire machine, significantly enhancing durability: the frame is fitted with waterproof channels and the base plate is welded; the mounting plate has been replaced with stainless steel and assembled using welding, effectively preventing water ingress, insect and rodent infestation, and avoiding loosening and vibration during long-term use.
· Optimised drive and forming mechanisms for smoother, more reliable operation: Externally mounted sprockets facilitate maintenance; the indexer drive combined with overload protection reduces noise and minimises damage to the machine caused by impacts; sealed pusher rods minimise filling leakage; and the cam mechanism ensures more stable high-speed operation of the entire machine.
· Intelligent touchscreen and servo control for precise and efficient operation: The touchscreen and PLC control system allows for customisable recipes, whilst servo motor-driven filling adjustment ensures more precise filling quantity control and simpler, more convenient human-machine interaction.
· Modular design of key components for easier maintenance and cleaning: The upper and lower pressure rollers can be separated, with an optional chilled water system available to ensure the utmost stability in dough sheet output.
