1.Change the reducer oil regularly every three months.(multi-effect gear oil 80W-90W or ISO VG460)
2.Add butter to the oil injection nozzle regularly every two weeks
3. Regular check lock nuts within the machine body every month to make sure no one is loose.
4.Regular check cam bearings within the machine body every month to make sure no loose.
5.Check the reducer belt regularly every half year, tighten the loose belt, change the broken one.
6.Turn off power before maintenance, use proper lubricants , use right tools to assemble and disassemble the machine,
7.Keep the surrounding conditions of the machine sanitary to avoid danger caused by electric components damage due to dusts , insects and mice.
